Identifiers: name, postal address, email, phone number; account credentials (if applicable)
Health/Prescription Information (PHI): medication, prescriber, insurance, diagnoses, treatment details (when you request pharmacy services)
Commercial & Transactional Info: products/services requested, delivery preferences, payment confirmations from processors (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
Insurance & Eligibility: plan info for billing and prior authorizations
Internet/Device Activity: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps, cookies
Approximate Location: general location inferred from IP (not precise geolocation)
Preferences & Feedback: communication preferences, survey responses
Communications: messages you send us (phone/SMS/email/web forms); recordings if you call and we record for quality (we will disclose if applicable)

How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to:
Service Providers / Business Associates: entities that host data, process payments, deliver orders, provide IT/support, analytics, secure messaging, or SMS. Where PHI is involved, we require HIPAA Business Associate Agreements.
Healthcare Parties: prescribers, health plans/PBMs, and others involved in your care, payment, or healthcare operations (as permitted by HIPAA).
Legal & Safety: regulators, law enforcement, or others when required by law or to protect rights, privacy, safety, property, or security of you, us, or others.

Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. If you are between 13–17, use the Services only with parent/guardian involvement. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it consistent with applicable laws.
International Visitors
We operate in the United States and your information may be processed and stored in the U.S., which may have different data protection rules than your country.
